It is always a positive sign if a company has won/been nominated for multiple awards as it shows the business strives for success and or provides a quality product.

- Running costs

Many electric radiators have a solid core, either clay or stone. They are great at retaining heat and then when the radiator is off it will carry on convecting heat around your room. (saving you money whilst giving you heat) make sure to do your research to see what the best core is, as this could lead to bigger savings!

- How much controllability do they have

Some products on the market currently do not offer good controllability over your heating. But in 2022 and going forward it is important that you can control your heating anytime, anywhere. Check for the types of thermostats available and their programming capabilities.

It is important to check a company’s reviews as it is good to see what’s great about the business and the product but also if there are bad reviews- it is helpful to see what that company does wrong.

Safety is extremely important. One of the first things you should do as a consumer is to check if they are independently tested and approved for safety if they are not the materials, they use could be hazardous which can cause fires.
