Eligibility:
a. This promotion is open to all customers who book an appointment with Trust Electric Heating between the 26th of December 2023 and noon (12:00 PM) on the 31st of January 2024.
b. The promotion applies exclusively to new bookings made during the promotional period. Customers with appointments scheduled before the promotional period are not eligible.
c. The 15% discount applies only to radiator orders placed following an eligible appointment. Customers who do not proceed with an order are not entitled to the discount.
d. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, including but not limited to Black Friday or April Sales offers.
Promotional Period:
a. The promotion begins at 00:00 on 26th December 2023 and ends at 12:00 PM on 31st January 2024.
b. To qualify, customers must book an appointment within this promotional period.
Offer Details:
a. Eligible customers will receive 15% off radiator orders. The discount does not apply to installation costs or accessories unless explicitly stated.
b. Trust Treats (probably think of a name for this): Trust Electric Heating may surprise eligible customers with bonus discounts or branded gifts ("Trust Treats") as part of the January Sale.
- Trust Treats are awarded at the sole discretion of Trust Electric Heating as a fun, surprise element of the promotion.
- Trust Treats are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and hold no fixed monetary value.
- Trust Treats are designed to add excitement to the promotion but are not guaranteed for every participant.
Exclusions:
a. The 15% discount cannot be applied retroactively to orders or appointments made outside of the promotional period.
b. Customers with existing appointments booked before 26th December 2023 are not eligible for this offer.
c. The promotion does not apply to customers who have already received discounts or promotions on their current orders.
Changes to the Promotion:
a. Trust Electric Heating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Acceptance of Terms:
a. Participation in the January Sale constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions. By participating, customers agree to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
